As a member, you also help keep costs down with your preferred involvement.

Member community input is solicited and precedes any changes to amenities, policies and more which are made by a board of resident-elected community members who serve 3-year terms. You will find a wide array of Committees for the effective operation and offerings of the Cooperative and you are encouraged to contribute using your life experiences.

Applewood Pointe communities are well known for upholding high standards in building co-op properties, which is why each community is able to maintain a waitlist of prospective homeowners ready to buy when the time arises. Our New Brighton community has a reliably long waiting list of potential resident members who would love to take advantage of the lifestyle we offer.

A fully equipped woodworking shop, spa, sewing/craft studio and fireside library await you, and you now have the time, thanks to the professional on-site staff. Applewood Pointe - where you can be as involved as you like or just slip into a day of solitude by the lake or overlooking the grounds.
